Tydex公司成立于1994年,位于有俄罗斯光学心脏之称的圣彼得堡市,技术团队由俄罗斯科学院Loffe物理技术研究所科学家组建。Tydex专注于生产、定制应用于科研及工业的各类光学元件及仪器,囊括了光谱仪、太赫兹波光子、测温、计量和热成像仪器,以及太赫兹组件、传感器、探测器等。应用波长从深紫外到可见光、近红外、中红外,直至毫米波。


THz探测器

Tydex公司设计生产的THz探测器Golay Cell是最有效的探测器之一 。该产品在室温下具有优异的灵敏度,并具有宽波长范围内的平坦光学响应。GC系列探测器在室内制造并且独立校准。该产品包括一个探头和一个电源。滤波器支架可选



分别以HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、TPX(聚4-甲基戊烯)和Diamond为窗口材料,对应不同的探测波长范围,信号可由BNC接口输出到示波器上读出。

Golay Cell在在室温下非常宽的带宽下都有优良的灵敏度和平坦的光谱响应,出厂即代表经过单独校准过。包含一个探测头和电源,也可提供增加滤波片。提供的多种HRFZ-Si和TPX材料做成的THZ光学元件如低通滤波片、聚乙烯偏振片、窗口镜、透镜以及分光片来满足不同的THZ应用。也提供软硬件组件将Golay Cell产生的模拟信号转变成数字信号,该组件具备一个特殊的软件和一个电路单元,并可通过USB线和个人电脑相连。可用于检测,处理和分析光声信号。

Golay探测器出厂时即已单独校准过,包含一个探测头和电源,也可提供滤波片的选项。由于聚乙烯窗口镜换成了钻石材料,GC-1D探测器的工作波长范围更宽,可达到可见光波段。如果除了可见光和THZ波段,也要求MIR波段的时候,就需要采用这种窗口镜。当然,GC-1D型号的探测器的价格会比GC-1T略贵。各种HRFZ-Si和TPX材料做成的THZ光学元件如低通滤波片,聚乙烯偏振片,窗口镜,透镜以及分光片可以满足不同的THZ应用。也提供软硬件组件来把Golay Cell产生的模拟信号转变成数字信号。该组件包含一个特殊的软件和一个电路单元,并可通过USB线和个人电脑相连。可用于检测,处理和分析光声信号。
