公司简介
Litron Lasers is a manufacturer of pulsed and CW Nd:YAG and Nd:YLF lasers. All its lasers are designed and manufactured by Litron in Rugby, England.
Litron was formed in 1997 and pioneered commercial photodiode energy monitors while developing a technology base for manufacturing solid state lasers. Litron's first laser products were launched in 2002 and these have developed into a set of standard models and configurations including dedicated PIV systems and high energy pulsed lasers. With an installed base of over a thousand units the design and manufacturing integrity of our products is truly field proven.

The TRLi Series offers energies up to 850 mJ and repetition rates up to 200 Hz. They offer a fully birefringence compensated pulsed laser system offering both high energy and high repetition rate outputs. Its twin-rod architecture ensures high beam homogeneity even at very high average power outputs. The TRLi is designed to suit demanding industrial applications with a sealed laser head machined from solid aluminium, ultra stable mirror mounts and industry-leading lamp lifetimes. Resonator options include unstable Gaussian-coupled, stable, and stable-telescopic configurations, allowing for a multitude of applications.
Harmonic wavelengths are realised by bolt-on modules with auto-tuning capability that can be added or removed as required. Power supplies for the range include state-of-the-art IGBT switching into the flashlamp, giving increased efficiency and stability as well as significantly prolonging lamp life due to the much lower currents.
Intelligent laser head technology allows for easy head and power supply swapping as well as optional full auto-tracking of harmonic wavelengths. Auto-tracking continuously monitors the harmonic output energy and actively controls the phase-matching angle of the crystal to ensure that maximum conversion efficiency and therefore output is always achieved. This is most useful for the fourth and fifth harmonics where crystal absorption at the harmonic wavelength leads to self heating of the crystal.
Control via the LUCi touch screen controller gives the user a simple and intuitive interface with full access to all system controls and information.
They are sealed to IP54 against the ingress of moisture and dirt and extremely field rugged.
Many systems are fully air cooled and require no external services except a mains electrical input.
The TRLi G HP Range

Energies available up to 350 mJ at 1064 nm. Repetition rates of 30 Hz to 50 Hz.
Harmonics available 532 nm, 355 nm & 266 nm.
The Gaussian resonator configuration provides the lowest values for divergence and M2 and delivers the highest efficiencies from harmonics. The output beam is ideal for applications requiring uniform concentrated energy in the smallest focused spot size. The high power Guassian-coupled options incorporates water to water cooling.

Energies available up to 320 mJ at 1064 nm. Repetition rates of 50 Hz to 200 Hz.
Harmonics available 532 nm, 355 nm & 266 nm.
The stable resonator configuration delivers a very even beam spatial profile and allows higher repetition rates up to 200 Hz. High average power options available with this resonator make this version ideal for industrial applications and as a pump source for Ti:Sapphire and OPO systems, where a uniform beam and higher throughputs are needed. The auto-stabilisation option was specifically developed for the HR range to ensure the lowest possible power drift during 24 hour operation every day of the whole extended lamp life.

Ultra Compact Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers
Compact and rugged lasers with telescopic resonators giving low divergence beams with high spatial homogeneity.
Energies available up to 290 mJ at 1064 nm and repetition rates up to 50 Hz. Harmonics available up to 266 nm.
The Nano T inherits all of the features of the Nano L combined with the option of having a stable telescopic resonator. This resonator configuration produces a beam with a very low beam divergence.
This is a way of producing a low-divergence beam where the spatial beam profile does not exhibit localised very high peak powers such as those produced in the near field from Gaussian resonators. All this comes from a laser head with a footprint of 500mm x 96mm x 74mm.

Rugged, invar stabilised, pulsed Nd:YAG lasers with high energy and high Performance for industrial and scientific applications.
The LPY series of pulsed lasers have been designed to suit almost any industrial or research application in which a high-energy or high-specification Nd:YAG laser is required. Based around a fully self supporting invar rail the LPY series exhibit both exceptional mechanical and thermal stability. A ‘no-compromise’ design approach is evidenced in the build quality, a parameter that sets these lasers well apart from any of their competitors.
The modular design of the laser head allows a wide variety of resonator configurations to be offered, from single rod oscillators to fully birefringence compensating twin-rod-oscillator, twin-rod amplifier systems. Furthermore, a choice of stable, stable-telescopic or unstable Gaussian-coupled resonators is available, allowing the customer to specify a system that suits their requirements.
The LPY range is comprised of three series, the LPY600, LPY700 and LPY7000 series. All utilise the same robust invar stabilised, modular construction, the differences being in the resonator and amplifier topologies.
The LPY600 lasers are oscillators or oscillator amplifier systems with a single rod in the oscillator or amplifier. These are predominantly used for low (up to 30 Hz) repetition rates and moderate power outputs.
The LPY700 lasers are oscillators and oscillator amplifiers that use a twin-rod architecture in both the oscillator and amplifier to effectively compensate for the thermally induce strain birefringence in the laser rods. Such a method leads to very high beam homogeneity (especially in the harmonic wavelengths) at high power throughputs. This allows the LPY700 series to run at up to 200 Hz with high energy outputs and extremely uniform beam profiles.
The LPY7000 lasers are ultra high output energy systems that give outputs of up to 3.5 J per pulse.
All LPY lasers can be fitted with an optional injection seeder to give SLM outputs.
Energies of up to 3.5 J and repetition rates of up to 200 Hz are standard. Applications include Dye laser pumping, OPO pumping, Spectroscopy, LIBS, LIDAR, PIV and many more.
