    Precision homogenizers for microlithography

    LIMO's precision homogenizers are used in the exposure units (steppers and scanners) in microlithography. The homogenizers feature homogeneities of < 1% P-V, high NA, high fill factor and retention of polarization. Because of the high optical efficiency LIMO's homogenizers help cut the cost of expensive laser energy.
