DUV投影光刻技术
LightSmyth是世界上唯一一家采用类似商用IC芯片制造方法的DUV投影光刻技术的公司。DUV投影光刻一般用于电子集成电路(EIC)制作,LightSmyth看到这一技术在光学领域应用的可能性及优势,将其用于高效率衍射光栅的生产。基于波导的光刻和电子束光刻工艺在光学器件加工中比较成熟,DUV投影光刻集二者优点于一身,可以批量生产光学设备,重复性高,生产出来的衍射光栅在性能、价格、产量上都很有优势。DUV投影光刻工艺在光栅加工上的独特应用以及其自有光学设计和加工经验成就了LightSmyth公司的行业领导地位。
