CEMENTED MULTI-ELEMENT LENSES

Doublets (achromats) and triplets can be cemented and accurately aligned and documented.
The centration of each element is verified before and after cementing.  Submillimeter curvatures and diameters are within our capability.

ACHROMATIC LENSES (DOUBLETS)

The most common type of achromat is an achromatic doublet, a compound lens consisting of two elements cemented together. These precision, micro-miniature optical components can be custom engineered, ground and polished to micron tolerances.
