Beamalloy coatings enable a low temperature and environmentally clean alternative to conventional plating and PVD coating processes including chromium, nickel, titanium nitride, chromium nitride, and others.

The coatings provide improved properties such as hardness, wear-resisitance, corrosion-resistance, and fracture/fatigue performance without unwanted changes in component bulk properties.  This advanced technology coating process replicates the original surface finish, eliminates re-polishing after coating, and will not chip or flake off.
