With AMS optical testing and interferometry services, your samples will be measured accurately by an expert optical metrologist with over 20 years of experience. AMS uses the latest ZYGO interferometers, including the VeriFire™MST for general surface form and transmitted wavefront error, the VeriFire™ATZ with ZMI™ for spherical radius of curvature, and the NewView™7300 for surface roughness, surface texture, and form of non-specular samples.
