公司简介
Laser Mirror Design and Manufacture. LBP Optics is a worldwide supplier of laser mirrors and infrared optics, and we are specifically known for metal CO2laser mirrors and gold coated copper mirrors. LBP provides a wide range of precision mirrors for a variety of diverse applications, including, but not limited to laser systems, chemical sensing, instrumentation, spectroscopy, and imaging. Our mirrors offer high laser damage thresholds and superior reliability.

Metal MirrorsLBP Optics manufacture and stock a wide range of standard replacement mirrors for laser cutting and laser engraving systems which meet, or exceed, the OEM specification. We also provide laser mirrors and reflective laser components for obsolete or obscure machines, which are often unavailable elsewhere.
Mirror RepairsWe refurbish and repair our customer’s used or lightly damaged laser mirrors to a ‘good as new’ operational condition – cutting costs whilst maintaining productivity and quality.
Custom Lapping and PolishingOur precision lapped or polished surfaces are used for many applications including semiconductor inspection equipment, precision mating surfaces for seals and alignment aids for scientific instruments.
AssembliesWe can fabricate, polish and coat mirrors from customer supplied material, working to customer’s drawings or to our own designs using software like Zemax, AutoCAD and BeamCAD. |
材料(MATERIALS)
CopperWell known as the material of choice for CO2 industrial laser mirrors, they are used in laser metal cutting, laser engraving, and laser welding. Many other infrared applications can also use copper mirrors and they are the most common laser mirror type for high energy and broadband infrared applications.
AluminiumOur aluminium mirrors are chemically polished. This ensures that the surfaces are super-smooth and free of turning lines, fly cutting arcs and diffractive patterns that lower the surface quality of diamond turned mirrors.
MolybdenumSolid molybdenum mirrors are used in high power CO2 laser welding where debris and back spatter would destroy other mirrors. In laser cutting the final mirror of the delivery system is often upgraded to a molybdenum one, as this is the most exposed and therefore most frequently damaged mirror.
Stainless SteelMirrors made from uncoated stainless steel (or Inox) are extremely versatile with uses in many industries such as pharmaceutical, brewing, medical and nuclear. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel is perfect for use in outdoor applications and in humid or dusty conditions.
E-NickelManufacturers of high powered CO2 lasers have long specified nickel plated copper mirrors for their cavity mirrors, especially in slab discharge lasers or sealed laser cavities.
Other MaterialsWe are always happy to make trials on novel materials and over the years we’ve accumulated a database of dozens that we have production processes prepared for. These include molybdenum, Tungsten, Aluminium, ARCAP, Brass, Be-Cu, Nickel, Titanium, Ceramics, Alloys and 406 Stainless. |
镀膜(COATINGS)
GoldOur gold coating covers all the mirror surfaces - front sides and rear - so there are no discontinuities that can initiate delamination of the coating. Cassegrain reflectors and Herriott cells use our gold coated metal mirrors because the through holes in the mirror are also gold coated.
MaxRMaxR high reflectivity coatings for CO2 lasers are made on our copper or aluminium mirrors. There are situations e.g laser gain media, when even tiny losses are a problem (such as cavity fold mirrors) and an enhanced (or MaxR) coating is essential.
PolarisationOur quarter wave phase retarder mirrors solve the problem of laser cutting metals with a CO2 laser.
UV/VisibleChoose this coating for visible and near UV multispectral applications such as spectroscopy, microscopy, imaging, medical and scientific instrumentation or where electrical discharges generate destructive UV radiation.
Visible/IRChoose this coating for visible and near infrared multispectral applications such as spectroscopy, imaging, medical and scientific instrumentation, visual alignment and telecoms.
Other CoatingsWe can supply mirrors with a variety of optical coatings including Gold, MaxR, Protected Aluminium, Protected Silver and thin film coating optimised for HeNe laser. |
