Pulse Compression and Shaping
The femtoJock-D is a budget-friendly solution that bridges the performance gap between the entry-level femtoJock systems and the popular MIIPS-HD line of diffractive shapers. It takes advantage of the same 2D LCOS SLM as MIIPS-HD does but uses all-reflective optics.
Key Features
Phase-and-amplitude control via diffractive shaping
~200 independent control channels
More information
A Prism Award finalist, the MIIPSBox640 product line sets the standard for versatility and performance. It is a state-of-the-art pulse shaping instrument with a single- or dual-mask 640-pixel liquid-crystal SLM. It delivers enhanced dispersion management capabilities, high spectral resolution, and is suitable for a variety of pulse shaping applications.
Key Features
Phase-only or phase-and-amplitude (polarization) control
Handles near-octave-wide laser spectra
Highly versatile, reconfigurable
640 independent control channels
More information
MIIPS-HD is the first line of pulse shapers on the market that relies on a Hamamatsu's 2D (792×600 pixels) liquid crystal on silicon-spatial light modulator (LCOS-SLM), and uses diffractive shaping to enable independent phase and amplitude control, without using a polarizer. The system features enhanced power (pulse energy) handling capabilities and offers superior throughput for selected spectral ranges by utilizing SLMs with dielectric back mirrors. It is ideal for direct amplified pulse compression and shaping.
Key Features
Phase-and-amplitude control via diffractive shaping
Handles mJ-level laser pulses
~400 independent control channels

OEM Solutions
femtoFit
femtoFit is an OEM line of phase-only pulse shapers for embedding into laser systems. While the exact layout can be customized and tailored to OEM requirements, the standard model fits within a 6-inch cube. It is offered in two pre-set configurations, with 100nm and 200nm bandwidths centered at 800nm, i.e., common for Ti:Sapphire lasers. It is the winner of the 2009 PhAST/LFW Innovation award!

Integrated Systems
femtoAdaptiv
The femtoAdaptiv synergistically combines a broadband femtosecond laser oscillator with MIIPS automated pulse compression technology. The concept of a femtosecond laser source with built-in adaptive dispersion compensation, as opposed to a manually tuned static-optics compressor, was first demonstrated by integrating an ultra-broadband Ti:Sapphire oscillator from Venteon with BSI's MIIPSBox640 pulse shaper. This conceptual product received the 2012 CLEO/LFW Innovation award!

Accessories
The Microscope Detection Unit (MDU) is designed to facilitate femtosecond pulse compression and measurement directly at the focal plane of a microscope, inverted or upright. It contains a nonlinear crystal for second harmonic generation (SHG) as well as other optical elements to separate SHG photons from the laser light and to couple the SHG light into a compact spectrometer via SMA-connected fiber.

Software
MIIPS2.0 is a major upgrade of BSI's flagship software and the core of all BSI's pulse shaping instruments. It features new MIIPS modalities, hot-swapping of multiple spectrometers, enhanced push-button calibration routines, and improved user interface. For advanced ultrafast laser users and developers, MIIPS2.0 software offers streamlined acquisition of interferometric and non-interferometric frequency-resolved autocorrelations and versatile interfaces for pulse shaping applications. The latter enable straightforward synthesis of a variety of phase and amplitude masks, as well as loading user-defined profiles.
More information
femtoPulse Master is a standalone, easy-to-use software package that simulates the time-domain profile of a scalar optical field and a variety of nonlinear outputs based on the input spectrum and phase. The program features manipulation controls for the spectral phase and amplitude. It is available as a free "demo" version and as a full version. The full version of the software allows loading of user-defined spectrum and phase and saving all program outputs. The demo version plots all outputs but does not allow saving them. The ability to load user-defined spectrum and/or phase is also unavailable in the "demo" mode.
